When I graduated from college with my communication design degree, I didn’t REALLY believe I’d be able to make a living doing what I love. Getting a job at ROI Online was like hitting the jackpot.
I got to be creative, collaborate, learn new skills and work with like-minded individuals. I could travel, attend conferences, take afternoon walks and joke with friends around the conference table.
Working for ROI has truly been a dream.
In the last 6 years, I’ve been growing professionally. But my family has also been growing. Now that I have two children at home, I’m becoming increasingly aware of how quickly time flies by.
Deciding to give it a go as a stay-at-home mom was one of the most difficult decisions of my life — not because I’m afraid of being home alone with two littles (yikes) but because of how much I know I’m going to miss the #ROICrew and the work we get to do for our clients on a daily basis.
The leadership and my coworkers have been above and beyond supportive and encouraging during this time, and I can’t say “THANK YOU” enough for that. Thank you for letting me grow up, mature, gain experience and become a professional under your thoughtful eye.
I will never be able to express how grateful I am that you gave me a shot. You took a chance on a young, naive, inexperienced but ready-to-bust-her-butt-trying 22 year old back in 2013. And I believe the risk paid off, for both of us!
I love you all like family, and I continue to wish you all the best - both personally and professionally. I’m rooting for you, and I hope that you continue to root for me too.

All the times we
And as our lives change
We will still be
