We understand there’s a lot to take in when researching the ROI QuickStart, so before you sign that contract you may be wondering, “What will I leave with at the end of this engagement?”
Well, let's get right into it. Here's what you can expect when you sign up for the one-and-only ROI QuickStart.
ROI QuickStart Breakdown
With the ROI QuickStart, you work with a team of StoryBrand and HubSpot experts that sets your business up for success. In addition to a new website, content, a lead-generating campaign, and a sales sequence, you will learn how to utilize the HubSpot CRM, optimize your sales process, and receive supplementary training from our team.
Ultimately, you end up with a holistic marketing system that includes all four crucial components of the Business GrowthStack as defined in The Golden Toilet. Oh, and you get a return on your investment in just 120 days. Can't forget that.
After your initial sales call(s) with Steve, you will have an onboarding meeting and intake interview with your designated project manager. This PM is dedicated to your business's success. They'll be with you every step of the QuickStart process and will keep you up-to-date on everything, from meeting times and agendas to your project’s progress and overall marketing strategy.
Our PMs are experts in HubSpot, inbound marketing, and the Business GrowthStack. As you go through the QuickStart, they'll send training videos and answer any questions you may have. Ultimately, their goal is to teach you how to apply the GrowthStack on your own so you can continue to grow your business even after the 120 days are up.
After your intake interview, we go right into the BrandScript coaching process. We will use your BrandScript to craft content for your website and the other marketing materials outlined in the ROI QuickStart. We’ll also create a one-liner and tagline for your business.
The BrandScript is one of (if not the) most important part of the QuickStart process, so you want to make sure you love it before we move on. To meet the 120 day deadline, we plan for 3 BrandScript coaching meetings. Outside of the meetings, you're free to share the BrandScript with your team and get their feedback. We're happy to take longer to polish the BrandScript if you aren't sold on the content yet. Just keep in mind this may affect the timeline of your QuickStart.
Next, you'll receive everything you ned to collect customer testimonials that show your customers’ transformation as well as your authority. We'll provide you with a customer testimonial generating campaign at the very beginning of the project, immediately after your BrandScript is complete.
This will include a survey based on Donald Miller's StoryBrand framework, a landing page, a thank-you page, and a follow-up email inviting customers to review you on the platform of your choice. This process will be mostly automated, so you can continue to collect testimonials for years to come.
Once the BrandScript is approved, our StoryBrand Certified Copywriters carefully craft the content of each webpage. Then, our Creative Department will design stunning visuals to support the content. Our process involves reviewing the content during one meeting, then reviewing the designed mockup in the next (if everything is approved and good to go). We'll keep up this cadence until we complete all 5 website pages.
Next, the Content Department goes right back to work to make your lead-generating offer. The lead-generator is based on the goals we derived from your intake interview and your BrandScript. The lead-generator is usually a PDF designed to capture leads, though we've done everything from infographics to webinars. The lead-generator is at the heart of your Campaign, enticing customers to share their email address so they can then be entered into a lead nurturing email address.
The next step is Marketing Automation in the form of a lead nurturing email series. Once a visitor to your website has downloaded that lead-generator, we want to nurture them if they aren’t ready to “marry” you yet. The Content Department follows the PASTOR framework, which was designed by world-renowned copywriter Ray Edwards, to write the email series. You'll also receive a sales series to implement within HubSpot.
One of the final steps is Sales Automation. Here, we create a customized sales sequence designed to help you overcome the three biggest barriers you face to get customers to close. Whether customers are leery about your price, worried about the effectiveness of your product, or hesitant to try something new, we'll craft strategic and persuasive emails to help them make that final decision.
What Else Is Included?
In addition to the above, you also get training from our expert team, such as an introduction to HubSpot CMS and the HubSpot CRM Setup, how to use the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler, and instructions on how to post to social media within HubSpot.
What Happens When The QuickStart Project Is Completed?
At the end of our engagement, we package all of the content and designs from the QuickStart and add them to Google Drive. We will send you a zip file with all of these contents. Everything belongs to you, so you can feel free to make any edits as you see fit! And our team is always available for ongoing support. You can sign up for the ProPlan to continue to work with us, or you can have us support your business for the occasional project.
